Not much drinking outside the casinos

Drinking and gambling belong together, so you can expect to find the best Atlantic City bars and pubs inside the city’s numerous casinos. That’s not to say that there aren’t a few worthy waterholes outside. One of the most popular is sports bar Ducktown Tavern, open 24/7 for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Another local favorite is Culmone’s Bar, where beer is affordable, but the bartenders rather strict. Elegant lounges can be found in hotels, and there are also a few good nightclubs that serve as bars early evenings.
