Well preserved historic neighborhood located in downtown Beijing
Nanluoguxiang is a well preserved historic neighborhood located right in downtown Beijing. At over 800 years old, it is one the city’s oldest hutongs. When you visit, you will still see many traditional buildings. Today, the area features many fashionable shops, restaurants and bars.
Nanluoguxiang increased in popularity after the 2008 Olympic games. At one time this street was home to many celebrities and artists. When you visit, you will notice that the street is only 300 meters long.
