Dance club with a view
Watergate is a two-floor, riverside club with a slick feel and a great view of the Spree. There’s a better-than-average sound system. The two best-known features here are the panorama windows above the river and the flash, ceiling-mounted lighting display.
Both floors are open on weekends and usually host two different sets of acts. Music tends toward the electro, house and minimal techno area – Ricardo Villalobos and Richie Hawtin often play – although artists such as Booka Shade and Digitalism occasionally appear.
