Home of the Red Sox

Fenway Park is the oldest Major League Baseball stadium in the U.S., having been in service since its opening in April of 1912. This legendary Boston monument, and home of the Red Sox, has seen its share of memorable baseball heroes and moments.

No visit to the city would be complete without first stopping by Fenway to catch a game, or to tour the stadium where Babe Ruth, Cy Young and Ted Williams played. Fenway is said to be the perfect spectator’s ball field, in that fans can feel like part of the game because of its close in design.

From its manually operated score board (just like back in the day) to the Green Monster fence in left field, there simply is no baseball venue with more charm and legend surrounding it. Getting a ticket could prove to be challenging though, as every home game since 2003 has been sold out.
