If you like beers, you cannot miss Musée Bruxellois de la Gueuze. It’s not a museum, but a tour through the Cantillon brewery, where the owners still use traditional methods to make beer. You’ll see these methods, and then go back in the Brasserie Cantillon to sample the drinks.
Brasserie Cantillon has a long history, making traditional beers since 1900. This is the only family-run brewery in Brussels. The Van Roy-Cantillon family produces the unique LAMBIC, GUEUZE, FARO and KRIEK brands. Call in advance if you want to attend a public brewing session inside the Musée Bruxellois de la Gueuze.
