Antique car collection
Autoworld has one of the most impressive collections of antique cars in the world. The museum officially opened its doors at the Palais Mondial in 1986. The expansive and inviting building invites visitors to partake of automotive history via a most impressive exhibition of notable autos,
Some of those vehicles are part of the Mahy collection of Ghent, some 950 vehicles. Belgian and foreign cars are displayed, and temporary exhibits offer excursions into some of the finest examples of cars ever made. Autoworld has been part of Belgium’s motor show since 1902, and the list of visitors is often as famous as the automobiles exhibited there.
