Top Cultural Sites in Cannes

Cannes history stretches back to medieval times, and is probably best represented in its churches and old architecture. There are several old sites worth checking out –the Musée-Chapelle Bellini, which doubles as an art gallery, and the instantly recognizable Eglise Orthodoxe Russe St-Michel-Archange are prime candidates. More interesting perhaps is the Tour du Masque, an interesting tour of Sainte-Marguerite that chronicles the tale of the “Man in the Iron Mask”.
