Surprisingly good museums
This is a place to party, but don’t think that it doesn’t have its share of history. There are enough Cannes museums to satisfy your thirst for culture. For instance, the Musée d'Art et d'Histoire de Provence retraces everyday life in Provence from prehistoric times to the present day; and Musée de la Castre is Cannes' top touristic attraction, mainly because of the building that hosts it.
