Meseum preserves Denmark's communications
Back on Købmagergade is the Post & Tele Museum (see p66), a surprisingly wel-presented museum dedicated to the 400-year history of Denmark’s communications services. All the state-of-the-art museum know-how in the world can’t, however, make stamps that interesting to non-philatelists.
Do, though, visit the rooftop café with views of old Copenhagen to rival the Rundetårn’s (only here there’s a lift). It’s open afternoons, and late on Wednesdays, when it serves a menu of Danish and international cuisine.
