Gordon's f***ing good restaurant
The first Dubai lovechild of a British celebrity chef, Gordon Ramsay’s Verre has fashioned multiple award-winning contemporary French cuisine since it opened in 2001. While the décor seems dated, Verre is all about the food.
Currently manned by Ramsay’s protégée Matt Pickop, this gastronomic journey is studded with such delights as roasted scallops with caramelised pork belly and the delicate monkfish fillet wrapped with parma ham. Verre’s famous wine collection is overseen by the ebullient sommelier, Luca.
