Discover something different in a Dublin museum

While the major Dublin museums are unmissable, there are other niche collections that more than rival the national heavyweights in historical and educational credentials, not to mention charm. The GAA Museum at Croke Park (see listing) and the Garda Museum & Archives at Dublin Castle are two such examples. It’s a refreshing change to see other subjects being catalogued alongside the more familiar Irish ones of archaeology, politics and literature.
