A unique museum experience
The vastly different cultures of Earth, what a broad canvas of time there is to paint. The Hamburg Museum of Ethnology attempts to cover this impossible subject, and with notable success. The museum reveals our commonality and differences via through a very large collections of items and exhibits.
Founded over 100 years ago, the Ethnological Museum exhibits photographs, musical instruments, and everyday items. Be sure and visit the so called “Witch Archive” for a unique view on our cultures from the supernatural side of things. This venue is well worth a visit by the whole family.
