A pulsating, seaside mix of international visitors and Finns
Harborside Market is another name given to the popular and colorful Market Square (Kauppatori). It is a popular shopping destination for fresh vegetables, fruit, meats and especially fresh fish. Summers, in particular, the market overflows with home grown berries.
During October, the square is the site of Helsinki’s Herring Festival, and in winter, the Harborside Market hosts a popular Christmas Market.
