One of America's great architectural masterpieces
Scottish Rite Cathedral is on the National Register of Historic Places. The banquet hall, ballroom, and auditorium are all open to be booked for private parties and other events. This is the largest Masonic building in the US, and is considered an architectural masterpiece.
Considered by many experts to be the finest example of Neo-Gothic architecture in the country, the Scottish Rite Cathedral has stands some 212 feet tall, and sports a 54 bell Carillon. The ornate carvings, patterned ceilings, and stained glass here are a sight the children will not soon forget. This is a must see attraction for the whole family.
