Most of the best, and most luxurious, Krakow hotels are in the Old City - but don’t worry about the price, they are still more affordable than hotels in Western Europe for example. Many hotels occupy restored historic buildings, which used to belong to Krakow’s counts and princes. Try to avoid hotels and hostels located in the Nowa Huta district, and if you want to make sure that you get the best price, book your rooms through Krakow’s Official Accommodation Booking System.
