Twin office buildings

The twin towers known as Torres KIO (Puerta de Europa) or the Gates if Europe, were were designed by the American architects Philip Johnson and John Burgee and built between 1989 - 1996.

Torres KIO (Puerta de Europa) were commissioned by Kuwait Investment Office (hence their original name - Torres KIO) but are now owned by Caja Madrid and Realia. They are not open to the public, but seeing them from outside is a worthwhile experience.
