This tapas bar in Sa Llotja in Palma is busy both noon and night. La Bóveda has a traditional air and the hams hanging high above the counter show this is an excellent place for delicious plates of jamón serrano.
The traditional dish of pa amb oli is good at La Bóveda too: tasty bread covered with olive oil, salt and tomato. For something more substantial try the pepper or Roquefort steaks with an Albariño or Riberios wine.
