Remember when bars were just posh pubs? Not anymore. With the boundaries between bars and clubs blurring, it's just as appealing now to stay put for the whole night rather than feeling you have to move on... Whilst several new, uber-trendy bars have made a brief splash and then disappeared, plenty have become well established, and there's still ample opportunity to seek out one of the many wonderful old pubs that simply refuse to change.
