Manchester has long been famous for its throbbing nightlife and that hasn't changed since the days when The Hacienda introduced the city's clubbing to the world. Whatever your taste, it's catered for. Whilst younger punters head in droves to their weekly nightspots, discerning club-going in Manchester these days is more interested in club nights than night clubs, with the likes of Mr Scruff and Ben Watt serving up the tumes, whilst rock, indie and world-music fans don't go short-changed.
