Clubbing for gays and straights
Before Homoelectric's idea of a 'mixed' club put gays in the minority there, Bollox launched as a monthly night for burly men who like other burly men but who don't want the usual gay-club music.
Bollox was dubbed Manchester's best underground club and since then it's been a mix of gay and straight, but it's still a favourite with those burly men.
