The Gables, as Coral Gables is locally known, is a small town near Miami. The Mediterranean flavor here attracts sightseers year round. Quaint shops, beautiful gardens, the sea, and a host of other activities reside in this wonderful little town. Imagine a town called City Beautiful, it surely is.
The city of Coral Gables was laid out back during the land boom in Florida during the 1920’s. Set aside as a natural and unspoiled community, the town is famous for adhering to these principles even today. Even before there was a “Green Movement” Coral Gables had one. The unspoiled charm of the place survives, an enthralling legacy when you consider Florida’s massive urban sprawl.
