Burial place of monarchs

Built in 1875, Monaco Cathedral houses the burial places of Monaco’s royalty including Prince Rainier and Princess Grace. Visitors will marvel at the use of Carrara marble of the altar and other lavish material adornments. Somewhat plain on the outside, the cathedral is extraordinary inside.

From September to June every Sunday mass is sung here by the “Les Petits Chanteurs de Monaco” and “Cathedral Choir”. Don’t miss an opportunity to experience this during your stay. The Monaco Cathedral is one of those attractions tourists never forget.
