Grottes de l'Observatoire, once an astronomic observatory, is now a tour that takes visitors to the cave beneath the rock. This limestone cave, 100 meters above sea level, affords visitors a unique look at not only subterranean geology, but prehistoric digs for Monaco’s early residents.
