With its Belle Epoque mansions, and the romantic promenade des Anglais, Nice has a certain charm that makes it one of the most attractive destinations in France. Not as popular as Paris, and with less attractions to entice travelers here, Nice still has a lot to offer - history, culture and fashion. This is France, after all.
