Legendary city tower
If you like a good folk story, be sure to visit Vysehrad during your stay in Prague. As the legend goes, Princess Libuse looked out over Vltava valley, toward present-day Prague Castle, and predicted the coming of a large kingdom.
Vysehrad is actually a rather rocky hilltop, and is considered a significant site when looking at Prague’s long history. Vysehrad was the first seat of the first Czech kings, of the Premyslid dynasty.
