One of the memorials to the victims of the Holocaust
Pinkas Synagogue (Pinkasova Synagoga), which dates back to the early 16th century, has been lovingly restored and turned into a memorial for the 78,000 Czech Jews who died in the Holocaust.
Inside the Jewish quarter Renaissance-style monument, you'll find the names of the victims written on the walls. Head to the second floor of Pinkas Synagogue (Pinkasova Synagoga)to see the heart-tugging drawings by imprisoned children in the ghetto at Terezin, north of Prague.
