Forage is an upscale modern American restaurant set in an intimate and simple remodeled home. Our cuisine is made from the best ingredients we can find in our area including vegetables, eggs, and pastured meats from small producers as well as things gathered by hand from the wild. Inspired by what is around us, each night we create a fixed price menu meant to evoke the seasons and how they change. We blend heritage, tradition, refinement, and modern technique to bring you an experience that is as comforting and reassuring as it is exciting.
