Dining with a view
Located on a rock 122 meters above the old city and Salzach River, Festungsrestaurant offers a lovely dining experience and a stunning view of the city below. Fish, beef, pork and lamb dishes from traditional cookbooks of the past are prepared with care and served with great attention to details.
Occasionally, one of the large, elegantly decorated rooms give way to classical music concerts, especially Mozart pieces. During the summer season, reservations are advised.
