Basque Week

Decades of traditions

Stay Editor's Note

Taking part at the beginning of September, Basque Week is a traditional festival in San Sebastian, enlivening the streets of the city.

The traditional improvising poets take over the streets, young and old play Basque pelota games, and the cider tasting will make everybody’s days sweeter. This is how the Basque spend their Basque Week.
