In recent years another creative use has been found for Andalucía’s rich heritage with the conversion of many historic palacios and mansions into boutique hotels, especially in Seville, Córdoba and Granada. On the coast the choice of accommodation is enormous, including world-class hotels and resorts, but move inland a little, or travel a short distance off the tourist trail, and you’ll find a profusion of reasonably priced pensiones and hostales, too.
