Rather pricey, but classy
The best Singapore hotels for the business traveler can be found in Garden City - but competition among these doesn’t necessarily translate in low prices. Sure, you can find a number of deals, but budget lodging is not a priority for the hoteliers in this part of Singapore. Hotels with more adequate pricing for budget travelers are clustered in the Geylang, Balestier and Little India districts. Much of Singapore’s mid-range hotels can be found near the western end of the Singapore River, and boutique hotels call Chinatown home.
