A lot of history to take in
Archaeological Park in Siracusa, as the name suggests, is basically where all the cool old stuff is. Seriously, this park has everything from a Roman Amphitheater to the Ear of Dionysus, and even a stone quarry! You’ll need a couple of hours at least to take all this history in.
If you are lucky enough to visit Siracusa from May until July, Greek tragedies are still performed at the Amphitheater. Also, the price of admission to the Archaeological Park includes your admission into the nearby museum.
This is another of Siracusa’s sites you simply cannot miss. Besides being wonderful to see, the park is in the middle of the city.
