Gustav Vasa Kyrka

The largest church in Stockholm

Gustav Vasa Kyrka was named after Sweden's most famous king. It was designed in Italian baroque style by Agi Lindegren, and it has a capacity of 1200 guests. Located at the intersection of four streets, this is the largest church in Stockholm.

The ceiling frescoes in the dome show episodes from the New Testament, the pulpit is made of marble. The pilasters, portals, and columns make out of Gustav Vasa Kyrka a very beautiful church.
