Thirty-one flavours is not enough – Toronto's incredibly international cuisine
Toronto restaurants listings reveal the breadth of its multiculturalism. Dine out in Little India, Little Italy, Greektown, Koreatown or one of the Chinatowns (there are two in the city centre, and others in the suburbs) – or choose from the scores of Thai, Japanese, African, Continental, Caribbean, North, Latin and South American kitchens spread throughout the city. Fusion abounds, but there’s a distinctly Canadian cuisine as well, with eateries serving Yukon bison, Quebec foie gras and domestic caviar.
