Live, breathe, eat Vancouver

Consistently voted among the best cities in the world to live in, Vancouver is visually stunning, from its snow-capped mountains and sandy beaches on the edge of Pacific waters. Despite its laid-back culture, there is a genuine fizz of creative energy, which can be seen in the constant building work and artistic endeavour across the city, not least in its kitchens. This young city has much to offer everyone, from shopping to skiing, to just sightseeing, plain and simple.

B.C. Place Stadium

Sports, concerts and other big events

Stay Editor's Note

B.C. Place Stadium plays host to a number of events. The main reason to show up is to see sporting events, since it is a stadium. It is also playing an important part in the 2010 Olympics, but after this, the stadium will be open again to the usual events.

Normal event held at the B.C. Place Stadium include trade shows, auto shows, concerts by popular bands, and of course, plenty of sports. This is the home of the BC Lions, so you can expect to find them playing all home games in the stadium.
