The official residence of the President of Austria
Imperial Palace (Hofburg) erected by King Ottakar Premysl in the 13th century was the winter home to the Austrian Hapsburg emperors until 1918. During those 800 years the palace was continually being added to. Today the palace is a cultural center with 3 museums, government offices and a church.
The Vienna Boys’ Choir sings Sunday mass at the Royal Chapel of the Imperial Palace (Hofburg).
