A superbly decorative experience
Owned by the folks behind the chic Hollmann Beletage, the Hollmann Salon displays more of the witty decorative touches that make the hotel so charming. The two vaulted rooms either side of a sleek central bar have nothing but a single pair of chamois horns and a black metal cuckoo clock.
On the food front, both kitchen and service are still teething, with one Vienna daily describing it as ‘Very Slow Food!’ Dishes change daily and always feature meat, fish and veggie options (best to stay clear of the tasteless steamed pike though) and are gorgeously presented. The Hollmann is 100% no smoking but in summer puffers can enjoy the terrace on Heiligenkreuzerhof.
