Visit the only beer brewed in Bruges’ town center. De Halve Maan (Sraffe Hendrik) Brewery was founded in 1856 and has been operated by the same family since the 1700’s.

This tour will be 45 minutes long and will take you through the old traditional brewing methods, teach you everything about hops and malt. The De Halve Maan (Sraffe Hendrik) Brewery is a local specialty and the award winning beer is produced and distributed in barrels. Enjoy the fresh market home made cuisine in the brewery pub. Ending the tour with free test tasting strafe Hendrik and Brugse Zot beers.
