Brussels – a quirky, offbeat capital

Brussels is not only the capital of Belgium, but also the capital of Europe and a city of culture and gentle hedonism. Surrounding the city’s major set piece, the Grand'Place, a visitor to Brussels will find the finest restaurants, endearing bars, and some of the world’s finest works of art and astounding architecture. The vibe here is laissez-faire; so relax, go with the flow, and let Brussels slowly soak into your spirit.

Classy Italian restaurant

Stay Editor's Note

Don’t expect pizza or pasta at Ciao - as its patrons say, this is a high class Tuscan restaurant, not a fast food. Indeed, everything at Ciao is classy, including the cozy interior decorations, the service and the cozy atmosphere.

But don’t expect to find Italian Tuscan cuisine reinvented either. The menu features only classics: saltimbocca alla Romana, Pollo al Gorgonzola, and so on. They didn’t bring any hidden Tuscan gems on the menu, Ciao plays its cards safe. No one can go wrong with classic dishes. Or can they?
