See Dublin through the eyes of a proud Dubliner

There are many sides to Dublin and even if you’re visiting for only a few days, you’ll probably see them all. Because of the city’s compact size, prosperity and poverty live side by side, especially around the north inner city. However, most Dubliners take a real pride in their city. With good reason, too, as it has so much to offer, from great shopping to world-class galleries and museums. And, ofcourse, a fantastic pub scene.

One of the most renowned pubs in Dublin famous for only serving craft beer, the owners have certainly made sure that their food is up to scratch. With tasty seasonal offerings the staff are on hand to help you choose an accompanying craft beer. The mood is relaxed and fun. Booking is a must though as tables go quickly!

Stay.com Editors' Note

L. Mulligan Grocer is a great combination of a friendly pub and restaurant. The gastro bar serves fresh, homemade dishes like beef, fish and sourdough breads, and they have a nice list with craft beers.

Although the Irish craft beers are the most popular item on the menu, the beautiful whiskies and lunch and dinner options are a great choice too. L. Mulligan Grocer’s menu changes weekly and there’s always something for vegetarians.
