Recently opened by a young couple. It will probably become the next best bar in San Sebastian. They have a very young chef, great pintxos and a good selection of wines. Informal and not expensive.

Paul is a great young chef who prepares very tasty dishes: pintxos at the bar and a choice of 2 or 3 “dishes of the day” at very competitive prices. Maite is his girlfriend and she is in charge of everything else. Set in a quiet pedestrian street in the town center, with an outdoor terrace in summer.
