Ode to Basque art Editors' Note

Located in the beautiful Old Quarter of San Sebastian, San Telmo Museum - Museo de San Telmo (STM) - is an ode to Basque art throughout the centuries.

The building has a beautiful neo-renaissance facade, and was built in 16th century as a monastery. Nowadays, San Telmo Museum is house to some of the greatest Basque painters, such as Josep Maria Sert, as well as ancient works signed by El Greco.
