A very different type of restaurant in the city center. Chef Kevin Patricio is from New York and he understands what fusion cuisine means. He has a great respect for the local products but his dishes are very daring and unexpected. A great experience. Good wine list too.

Full disclose: I am a partner and was the Chef/Somm. Regardless, a great beer stop nonetheless and award-winning food. The 20 bottle list is always changing and features a local beer list and international boasting beers from BBP, Gross, Naparbier, Cantillon, Mikkeller, ToOL, Sierra Nevada, Brew Dog, to name a few.

Tucked away in the La Concha beach area, La Madame is a cozy restaurant, great for dinner and after dinner cocktails.

Usually hidden from the tourists, La Madame serves excellent food, with reasonable prices. The drinks are carefully crafted, to go well with your lunch or dinner menu. The atmosphere is always friendly and fun, with Basque spirit and taste all around.
