A city for all seasons

Home of the Habsburgs, the capital of classical music, and the multicultural melting pot of Mitteleuropa, Vienna is one of Europe’s most fascinating cities. Its slow-paced life, architectural variety, and intensely seasonal cultural and gastronomic pleasures make Vienna an ideal destination for visitors. Get ready for balmy summer evenings at wine taverns, mugs of mulled wine at Christmas markets, and strolls through historic streets.

Organic, 5 elements cuisine Editors' Note

Zimmer 37, led by mother and daughter duo Iris Feeback und Johanna Haidacher, was created for the lovers of the 5-elements (wood, fire, earth, metal and water) cuisine, a part of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

In other words, Zimmer 37 cooks in harmony with the seasons and offers a diet that respects seasonal conditions. Springs are reserved to lots of green vegetables, summers bring food to cool the body on your plate, and so on. The menus change daily, and are very affordable.
